April 19 Update

-New female skin: working for now, all done for texture of them, still need upload and make sign, done for 3 of them. You can see them on our staff room as working on progress :) All demo skin has unique color of langerie for thank to testing. bit early to relese but have some works still so If I can relese this skin in this weekend. As I told you alrady, old skin will remove, 2 weeks or so, while this term, I will exchange to old skin to new skin. Since 150 around skin I will make, the house will expand the size. Still not so much like another skin maker and no sex there becouse of Japan not allows, price will going 180, bit expensive more then current one since took long time to done. As my thinking, ask to Asheba or firend's strip club for demo as event, sounds fun? :p

-School of Building for staff: Becouse of the grid problem John got trouble while the school, so we will do again 7AM Saturday, hope you guys enjoy the crafting. :)

-Starting works for the german comapny, done for mens top and pants, need some prims shoes too, I will gonan works for it this weekend.

-Club Asheba offer us to build BR area around TP point, will need some new texture works, something like much with there.-Renew music stream for 3 month.

-Going to attend Clothing Fairr, I donno I can put new item there but I will go for it X) need to be set up on this weekend. Its 250 prims they allows, will use Branch building for display.

Im bit busy on this week, But keep going to every day's works on SL :) anyway, few infomation to know you guys.

We will have 'Basic Buidling School' after Euro Raffle Trade event as I mention before on this blog, small one for this time since starting for our Staff (Will ask on VIP chat if some one intresting at the time too) . I will tell you How to make hair and How to make flex skirt, I will have hair/clothes texture to use for your products. basic one with some tips. Please come down to VIP sand box after the event :)

Now, we have new DJ, JAVIER Granada from spain, he will do euro time show on weekday, Also Twilight, from euro too, We will gonna have more euro speaking staff to help since some customer now a days.

Also testing new APS, possible to 40 capacity so after done it, we will have up to 80 emplyee with two APS. But since keep grid problem happen, stoping till fixed it.

Made Relay of Life outfits (Silk like one to be unique, but femal or femboy only) to gave away, sent to Zorena and Eros team. If you have intresting to have copy to use, please let me know, as my self, alrady donate to HQ and few to people who has sign on our store.

As last news, Alan went to iraq and he will not back long... There is still not safe, and Im so anxious about him. When you see the poster of him on store, please pray for his safe and end of the war soon if you remaind it. Hope we can have party before Xmass when he back from there...

Long time no see! I was bit busy in rl also sl, couldnt update blog, got 4 interview in last week, a project starting for rl company(help produce thier show), two fashion concern show for SL and more. So still going busy on this month and next month. Also very close to done new skin line. Took long this time and got 20 over tester so Hope the skin good as another designers one :)

New Products(40 unique + Freebe for this month :) ):
-Erotika...Lastest, Erotic long dress bit goth / hard if you see close. There is Open edition so recomand to use with clothes what mroe conservative for inner.
-Countess...New Lingerie, Bit wired style, but made to be good looks.
-Stripe and Short Vest..Mens(aged?) version of Boy short vest, Tori taking pics for customer model group so will out today or tomorow.
-Boy short vest...Casual for young boy or furry AVs.
-Brand New Heavn...Only 2 weeks record here but alrady out 405 set and I didnt expect it X) Becouse the concept is the very experimentally for my self, its to be clothes only for SL, just tend to make it to be looks new but good like degital angel in SL there.Eharnal New Heaven for mens, made by request.
-Kasuri One peace...one peace with Kasuri(japanese ikat) material.
-Neatherland Dwarf...First relese of Alice project, since its march too. Photo from my pet in real life :) He is not white becouse of it, and cant wear leather groves too. Hug doll included for human AV too. Run animation was not works what sent to mangers but fixed in box.Another option available for clothes.

-Added some greeter and staff, 42 staff pluse DJ, greeter for now. So around 50 people working for B@R. This is limitation to consider by APS. So stoped hire people for now.

-Staff Room is moved to black cat, chek group notice for Staff. :) If you are staff, you can use or invite your guest there to meeting.

This week's top sentence is just congratlation for 4mil of residence for SL! but as you notice, lot of glitches around. Sending mail to Lineden about transactions problem. Please report it if you/customer got problem to recognize to Linden as serious problem.

-Swastika and Neo-Fascism...Im keep checking thoes thing on our clothes, some time change design by it(few clothes were used since 'reversed' Swastika, its called Manji is very regular symbol in Japan around temple, its a holy symbol for us) or black cross. One of guy complain on outfits called Extoic Leotard about Swastika. I coudnt found first but.. the X charactor is reversed one of the font... Another person noticed Vampire Hunter used Fascism symbol on back. Its Cross and circle, and explain no legend there Faccism broken evil vampire. So, please explain like that if you got complain. Some sight says even Halvetica font for it. I felt living in Earth.
-For refer, Classified for BR, I puted all of store devision(such a book store, skin, 10 linde store..) on my profile at 5 days ago. Only paid to 50 for each. Teleport number for main store is 550, From Classified is 20 or so. Another place are around 20 for Teleport. around 5 for Classfied. Almost people coming from my profile, Might be they found my name on raffle items and comes but just a speculation on me. Also seems to be dont need classified for so many place... but few people using still so I will keep leave it.

I want to say thank you to all who came to the event. Since used 2 SIMs,lag was low as possible, and not big trouble around except happen on insideX). I guess over 60k trafic to total for both, it was same with grand openingon last year. It was crash every one hour, but just needed gently restartthis time.

We are starting customer model group. Since I cant login core time of US, Tori helping me organize model group for our customer who asked me to do model. She wil pick up person to be model of clothes each week, and take photo for it to use advertisemnet box. This is one of way to make customer enjoy more, so, dont taking professional model or dont ask to model group in SL. She will ask to staff too if she think match with the outfits, so Please ask her to join if you have intresting it. :)

We have two big projects going for now.

Tori working for model group, since lot of people ask me to be model. But on my time zone and limitation time everyday(I can only login 1-2 hours on weekday..), hard to ask them, so Tori will help for person who want to try model, Now she working for grouping,

Also we will have 'BareRose Crafting/Building Technique Exhcange' on end of this month, to enhance skill each other on staff, vendor and VIP Sometime we are doing infomation exchange between staff, jsut spread it to falks this time. -Remove some scripts to reduce lag. Scripts of speed in SIM is 2-3ms around after the reset for now. Its less then harf from open BR SIM. But still get some lag more then the day. And its no clue why it happen, for example, Just feel laggy when 50 around people on SIM but sometime cant move with 25 people. But its better now with it.
-Added 2006 valentine items to Lucky Chair.

Cavalier is my first shoes to crafted, relesed end of April 2006. Im happy to see still People like it :) But no clothes there such a long running... Age of Dragon is close but around 30-40/weekly now a days so still low then the shoes.

On May 2006, We got 21000 traffic with event(and got fist popular place for us.). On Jan 15 2007, 43800 trafic! (32-34K normaly I guess), new record except special event, but need more then 10000 to get in popular place, Its dubble from the 8 month ago. I know becouse of population inclears. For sales, acording my blog, weekly sales was 650 on Wolof SIM, And for the week, sold 6996, 10 times without freebe for total. Not such a good on previous, and this week estimate so something happen on Jan 15. But I can tell you IM number is.. 3 times I guess X) Not 10 times, Becouse of nice staff here :) Anyway, Trafics are accomplish by you guys, friends, staff and vendors effort, and this sales number is happen becouse of it. Want to say thank you everyday to you guys :)

Anyway I think most top designers are inclear sales more then us (you know our prices, also might be running cost more then them with two land/payment/branches/advertise/upload fee and etc), it should be natural thing for now if it consider with the resident number. One down side, as you can see, stability of grid is more wrong nowadays becouse of it, I guess its might be our roof in while with our SIM's stability for stay without stress for guest and scripts for fun/need and decos. If we can upgrade to upper class of our SIM, I will ask to LL anyway.

Also Store is not to be advertise more then now (if some intresting new media coming, might be use for fun though :p) , but keep make more better service for people who comes store and VIPs. And I will jsut keep effort as my designers work for now with nonprofessional skill in rl as I can be...
-Hina playing evil game WoW all the time now X) so she might be not around while, She starting to make Animation version of Serene Settings (Furniture), You can make own AO there, kinda like DIY. -When I got time, going to make Infomation Hab with SLQ infomations on BlackCat SIM... Such stuff takes script speed like 50 to 100 times more then static LM giver so if its too heavy, I will reconsider it. X)
-If some one intresting to help 'Open Design' and 'Open Texture' like SL doing. Its not so open actualy becouse will not open pub so match. :p, but if anyone(or familiar customer/friend) intresting to make optional items for certain clothes, I will give you texture what I used for the outfits, and you can sales them without pay to me, also give you place for sale. So, please let me know if you intresting. First time, Tenoshiko made some necklace for our outfits themad, Now Chroma making some furry options for additonal tail for AV. Something like that. Just want to provide more option for customer for the purpose. As my self, starting for legs Furrys options, its not for all, but if they like it. Keep making some items what placed on corner.
-Try First Look viewer, clothes looks more nice and clean, also can be recognize texture detail and resolution more then before. I think SL will ask you to buy more good computer for near future to reduce lag and higher quality by cliant side. :p Anyway Im just waiting if someone make prim builder clian with good interface/tool.

Update for this week :) Zore took holiday, Ami moving to Japan, and Ely working busy in RL, so some manager can not come online while. So, please pass me if you got any question from vendor and customer. Since our mall's wating list is going to 80 over(at Nov, passed her 10 around people so more I guess, if they not gave it up becouse the number..), I will suggest to freeze to enter the list after Zore back. So, please tell people about that if someone ask you to place vendor.

New Products (from Dec 22):
-MSkin Ichiro/Jiro...In old Japan, Named boy for first‐born son for ichiro, becouse ichi is first, Jiro is second if the parent hadn't nothing idea for name. So, I havent idea for good name X) and SKin should be less personality, and Asian based male skin. so it would be good, Anyway use this fro Tan line. For ichiro, Refined bit from what sent to manager, so more better I hope...
-Love Parade...Lori type Konparu with hart symbol's. The name is same with famous techno event, but it's match for it I think...
-Love Bird...Made the parakeet for fun what with me when I was child , after it, remind me a friend who with her parakeet everyday, wearing something like that. But made it to be more Suka jumper like.

Happy new year! hope its gonna be good year for everyone. One of customer sending me the message from Iraq who is part of US army. I dont say political things here, but hope peace come there soon for people who living with danger. Also Alan going to out this month for army work. We wil miss you while, and a sad news, Gri's father dead by cancer. To go into mourning, we will cancel Furry event what she concern with it, while in this month. Starting with not good news, We cant help them much for RL pain, what we can do is just keep our SL place to be part of enjoyment for them what sometime remind us while they cant come and after back to SL, show them new fun stuff as we can possible.

Bastet/Anubis...Egyptian taste clothes made by request. Bastet is cat looks goddess, and Anubis is jackal looks god in legend of egypt, so some ears and tail with the box. Each tail used for Cat demon so same command could use for it, what missing discription in the box.

Konparu...First traditional Japanese Kimono for me, use the pink one for Dallian's photo galary of Japan sight/people. Konparu's name is took from Noh player named Konparu Dayu in Edo period. Its not Noh clothes but the sounds and kanji is good for the new year, Kon is Gold and Paru(Haru) is Spring.
FreeEyebrows...New Freebe, since some hair makes gone eyebrows who havent skin, if any one got such a trouble, ask them to use this eyebrows. Since this is skin and another part are alpha, they will re-adjust skin but can keep colors for hair... I guess take a time to for customer with this but Im thinking best solution for looks who havent painted skin.
Leviathan...Wired armror again, Got idea when I was visit asian goods store and see some cute fish dolls, also aquarium in this holiday. A Customer grpup named it as Lobster for another name. so... made a weapon lobster like one.

Book Store project:
-Next new project is book store on B@R SIM :D I dont know a place all magaizine you can read so, I got this idea. Starting building slowly.Aafter done the place, I will asking to publisher to place book. . If you have recomand magazine (no porn but skin catlog like one by designer is good), please let me know. I dont care its just advertise magazine and fashion catlog by another designer. also they can place landmark too :)
-Asking helper for book store as charge of person. If you have intresting to join this project, please let me know :) I promiss you can meet lot of nice editor, photographer, publisher with this job. :)

-Becouse of SIM prices will inclear, I got one more SIM for future from last sales(resavetion was not works X) ). Name is 'Black Cat' (nothing certain mean there, just love black kitty :p) and next east of BR SIM. As planning, Sharrow Dream will move to the SIM and make BR SIM to whole of store/mall first. Then Black Cat SIM going to spa/house place. As one of idea, make BR VIP only sandbox as place for one of restoration to customer. I donno when the SIM will show up, Anyhow, I will set up there slowly this time, so not ETA for compleat, will announce time by time. :)
-We will going to open 10 Linden store in this friday, what all items seling as L$ 10. Yes, kinda like 99 cent shop around. Like RL one, All of kind item should be here, So, keep building and add here or make small item what waste pieces from cutting cloth while making regular one. Main purpose is 1) People lead mall place more, some people complain who has vendor back side of store, to help them. 2) Easy to make additional for regular clothes (However, If the regular clothes has problem or whole of them, We will send person by person what we doing now). 3) Havent see yet (least on me) so think might be fun X). Club Arsheba event, we got 90 people as maximum on SIM, Furnation event, 75 people on SIM. You guys rock, Ami and Ely :) Also Van's event and Raffle for Hina is went well without trouble and got close to 30k trafic, thank you. :) And... yes, every one loves, Halloween is coming! In Japan, its called Obon, and alrady done, but yes, I love pumpkin suop, and ghost stuff, and some candy! so lets me join with it :p

New Products:
-Chidori...Chidori word is from tie, called 'Chidori gara' (houndstooth check). Chidori is plover soJapanese are looking birds instead of tooth in it. Well, the clothes tye is very popular in Tokyo like least 4-5 girls wear it a day, but coming to cold today, so fashion will changing from today I think. After the took photo for models, they tried with long pants and looks good, so steal it too. :p
-Cosmos...Also popular in tokyo style. Japanese girls love the style around the season, around fall, but yes winter is close enough alrady X).
-Leo Fascinate...Havent seen pants in boots outfits on SL is starting point, Harf leo fur jacket and shirts, based from Arsheba shirts.

I have no idea how to run :p, but our DJ's will use it, the station is 100 people capability, so possible to covered all over SIM, and when I got chance, run auto music play program with voice infomation about store, like what item we have and intoroduce our SIM for our guest. If I could contract any of DJ, Will announce weekly event, and taking order for mall vendor's advertisement cheep(few money additionak and only for DJ's act payment). I guess no store there what doing this yet.. Also dont know anyother SIM to use this service. so, Any problem might be there :p
-Advertisment for SL Business is done good by professional designer, Dalian and our staff combination, also Haven, thank you for everyone to help to make them :) Some staff's photo did not used(even mine :p) but good shots also so, I will use as another one with it :) You can see it around Freebe area.

Was thank you for coming the meeting :) Infomation are telling on this blog but dont meet each other lot so guess it was good time. We dont have plan for next meeting at this time, but I'd like to do party for staff maybe early of December, becouse the Xmass should be busy in rl, also store we are. :p

-On meeting, We have a issue what we should lead more people to our mall. As this solution, we are starting build L$10 store on Timeless Catsle. The way follow to mall so people wil lstop around I hope. ETA is early of next month, we are starting to build by staff for it.
-Added group hug ring on center.
-Texture share bord, Almost images are logo(if someone need it to make sign and such) and free texture what I made for your building, if you are in BR staff, you can pick up from the bord in staff room. (Remove sometime for lag reduce).

-Living Coat...New mens for this week as fun clothes.

As negative thinking, people dont like to wear same clothes with another, so would not be continue long term such a number.It is depend on design, but I will keep try to make clothes friendly to wear with another clothes even if it by another designer for against the problem. But its make me scary enough. X)
-Selection of B@R is past 500 last week :D. I hope I can make clothes till 1000.

-Tamayura...Neo-Kimono set for much with the oiran hair by request. Tribal and Fire are 2 people noticed me old clothes are open too much for back, so reply the answer with this. Please tell people dont wear clothes skirt with prims skirt, but recomand to wear with some pants or stocking would be match.
-Paladin..Mens armor, thank you for Alan for design help, but yes, prims hate me X). So the price made as 99.
-Black Nymph...While making leather night for girl, its transformed lot, and.. hmm the looks result. got idea to use sheer wings to skirt so changed the concept.

Coming to busy again in RL... will continue to 2 weeks or so again. Cant do new things much except making clothes. Also fixed some problems around Store, staff and something, hope nothing happen on next week... Yes, peace is most important. :)

Thank you very much! :D So please check there what is nice, however, its the if the prodcut possible to suspect broken/or not broken but close to broken PG code, will not going there like sheer clothes, and BDSM clothes if its hide bits or not.

Thank you for the event!

We got 66k trafic for the day, and it is 2nd place of the day. Could not beat Ice but we are hottest place by series of fun event. All of event want to attend as my self becouse the content, but could not keep open my eyes so sorry X) Again, thank you very much to Vivi who planning the event from one month before and keep gather all of things, and all of staff to hosting, and helping guest. Honestly to say, All of power made the event success not only attend the event, also being help too store.

There is no meeting for reviewing, all guys did well, and on me, apologize too less infomation about what diffarent from special raffle ball items, raffle trade items and event only items.
And hope we can do fun things next time too. :)

Store:

starting prepare for the Aug. 19 event. Since I got summer holiday from early of next week, I will make prize / new clothes for release on the day. Also sign of event. Vivian working hard for it, so detail will come soon.

-Ryyan Susenkois joined to our staff, He will working for dancer and bouncer. If you find people with weapon and shooting around, please tell him to help, Since almost staff are weman, He will help us as strong man for against them,
-Adjusted some lagged item till grid fix the problem as it self.
-Added video system in DJ booth, all of Bare Rose group member possible to change it.
-Radio moved to DJ booth, only manager and dancer can change the station,

Made mini catsle for Chroma/ Bodhi (pending) and Odoriko / Kristie. If you want to living with 2 people, I will place the catsle there so let me know. I guess one more place we can have there. The catsle will go as one of prize for special raffle item on Aug 19 and sale after the event.

We have moved, thank you!
Here is status and discription of the SIM at this time. Lot of problem around still and keep fixing X) so please tell me if you found any problem even small.

Dream Catcher:
Cross looking tower at end of the mall, give us power from noth. As geomancy called Fusui in japan, its holy direction, offering for it.

Main Store:
Same is old but there will more categorized. With Fusui, South West is best for door, but since symetric, south would be the place. As New from before, two fitting room as skybox for mens and womens. We have new staff bord too.

Vendors mall and Serene Settings:
As you know done for building, Zore manage for it for all of vendors.

Sharrow Dream:
As same as before, but beach, I will keep modify. The spa included Gazebo, and Skybox/Lovers Space (from cave)

Morning Tree:
As same as before, but leaves. if it could be good meditaion pad for everyone.

Timelsss Castle (club red is old name):
Where North East corner. first floor for private club, second floor is living space and tea room. the living space as temporality for

Vryl Valkyrie, who is my friend and new musician of BR. This type catsle is easy to fit any speace, so if you want to live who is in

When done to made and get the day to move, I will notice on store to tell people we will move with LM givver. But Sharrow Dream is exception, will move completly before shop moved. When we move to new SIM, we will done all of decorate and just move all of clothes there. The store will remain few days with sign for move. On the new SIM, we have new job called Mall Manager, Zorena and Naomi will do the work who help the mall. We have regular vendor what take money like 150/week, and free spot as same as wolof. Zorena made rule / note card so ask her if you like to see. Resavation and place items is starting alrady. 10 Regular vendor and 12 free vendor we have but prety sure going to full before open to pubric...

NEW SIM'S LIVING SPACE:

We have spot for living space who dont have premium account, Chroma, Bodhi, Sorako and Vai? is living on Wolof right now but if you have intersting, please let me know. To people who living on Wolof, you can move ot new SIM now. Please ask to Hinamori for the place, there is beach side so you will love there :) you can use old house what you living, or I will make house like house what match with beach so you can exchange if you like. :) Also you guys want to live as company, I will make bigger house if you give me time so let me know. :)

Went to minral spa as usualy, and watch V for Vendetta on late show, its impressed me. Eat same sushi with kids. Another day, went to china town to eat hot chinese, After that we found big temple of chinese goddess. Also we found baby aquarium (not like normal aquarium, fish's baby there) around and... ya was fun lot. :D

I got 5 days holiday too, but my right hand is bit hurt so not much thing out. But will do some 'to do'. :)

Sad news here, Pheonix Spa will close the door at end of May. They are helped us for first Fashion show, the event every Tuseday and Nami-chan's Storyline. They are still going the event, so keep helping on next month too. I got holiday for next tuseday, so, I will attend the weekly with new prize clothes. After that, we will have relationship with the some of staff of them, like continue tuseday event on our place.

Also Dwell money will rid off on May 15 from SL. Camp chair. Club and Event will going to more then less from now (but never gone all of them I guess) as my forecast. So we can do more event for fill deficit in the world as payback to people with gratitude and I like party basicaly. :p Van and Hina working for event constantly but , if you can do manage weekly event, please let me know. :) I think Tuesday (sometime more busy then weekend, since its stipend day) or Sunday would be good or if you have your friend good for management event, I can hire them for the day. Also Van and Hina can do more if you have time. :p

We got Developer Incentive Award again, thank you very much all. :D But this month is the end of the program. no more prize. We are 57 from top on SL for trafic for Feb, I donno how high this time, I will put infomation here about that later. :)

New Flax prims is nice :D While server is down, went to preview server(thank you for know me Aoife). With Flex prims, you can make real flex items such a cape, mantle, cloak, hair, whip, maffler, ribbon, skirt, tail, tentacles and etc... There is lot of possiblity to made some props. When 1.9.1 coming on live, I will try to make them, also improve some items, such a maffler and wings. Also there is Light prims too, I think need to change some settings for shop for mor better looks. Also I think good update for every one too. :)

Greeter program

Here is BR greeter program for detail, send to some staff alrady,

If you can find people who is good for to do this work, you can give them to the text to them and intervew (like be sure again the rules and behavior) for her/him. After that, tell me her/his name to me. You should be for his/her mentor and teach her/him about store what you can see on body of the document. I can not definite answer but if people good enough, ask to work after past one month to him/her if they do good enough.

Additional note:

(April 11 Edited for ver 1.1, some discription not on body to keep easy document.)
*They can work 24/7 ... but tell them dont use like camp chair like AFK staying.
*For 5 clothes , if they bought all of clothes, I will refund 700 for it or they can wait till release new clothes.
*Staff can ask help for work to greeter, especialy their Mentor. If you want to help long term, tell to the Mentor who helping them about that.
*They can not place tip jar.
*L$50 for an hour for payment.

*Greeter program is not open on pubric, to reduce time for our staff.
*For additional, age limitation is country for adult contents, becouse few nudity around on store... In japan, 18, Canada for 19, I heard 19 to 21 on US...

BR Greeter Program (Ver 1.1) :

-What is the role of the Greeter?
The overall role of the Greeter is greeting all people who come to our store. You do not need to know very much about our store. You just need to talk to the customers like you would chat in a club, and help our staff. Basically, this program is to give a job opprotunity for people who are starting SL. You do not need to stay here all the time, you can explore the SL world at your leisure. :)

-Who can enter this program?
Some rules are:
1) People Who have not passed 3 months in world since their SL birthday.
2) 18 to 21(Depend on your living place what allows to adult contents) or higher in real life age, since the shop is in a mature area.
3) Who likes chatting with people.
4) Who can use polite language.
5) 6 greeters is the maximum number at any time.

-How can I join?
Ask our staff to join. Our staff will interview you to make sure you understand and can follow the rules in this document. S/he will gonna be your mentor to explain about store. They will ask the owner of the store and will notify you if you have been accepted.

-How long I can work?
The position is for one month from the date you start.

-What things shall I know at least?
Know the name of our store, and what we sell, just look around the store, and be able to use the teleporter to get around. Besides the store we also have a staff only room, a Spa, and a furniture store. Ask to our staff for a tour.

-How do I get paid?
When you get in the greeter program, June Dion will notify you via IM. You can find the Auto payment system in the store (left of main stage) and click it to clock in. You will get money after you leave the place or after one hour ($L50 for an hour). You can work over an hour for a day. Also, you can get 5 clothes when you start the program. Select any of the Bare@Rose clothes from the store, and IM June Dion for what you would like to get.

-What I shall not do
1) Do not be rude to people. If you find people who are being disruptive, notify our staff.
2) Do not be away from the keyboard for a long time (15min or more).

-Who shall I ask questions or if a guest has a question?
If you get a difficult question, pass it to our staff. You can find out who our staff is by the photos on the wall at the center of our HQ store. Please look around the store first, you might be able find Bare@Rose tagged people, half of them are staff (but half of them are vendors who sell items in the store). If no one is there, you can IM them, or use B@R Greeter group chat.

We have long term project but shorter then Ami chan's calender. We will starting make a book, what photo of all of staff with any of B@R clothes. The book work as sample of our clothes like small catalog too. Becouse of this remove panel on store but give away this book on store, also landmark giver on all of blanch and club where has it. Main manager for this project is Hinamori, but I will help to shoot photo and edit images. 1,681 Boxes total, 240 Average for a day. I donno why but not so much flicker of the number. Keeping around the number while 3 month with 5-10 clothes release for a week. so, about 7,400 boxes out for a month. I think least 30,000 of clothes without count free items on SL alrady. Thats mean not so uniqe now, but this is fun to know. :)

-Money!I dont like business much and I didnt care well but this is fun fact to know as working on B@R.As first, Our personnel expenses (includ DJ and event additonal) for a month is... about L$ 55,000. We have 7 managers/assistants, 4 dancers/musician, and 1 to 3 grerters, 2 to 3 DJs right now. Ok no more additional people X). Let' take look others. Advertisement fee is about 6,000 , Dreamland radio only, Im still love to to listen our shop name on radio! Land fee is $125, thats mean around L$ 40,000, and most impotant fee, upload fee is 5,000 around. Blanch and miscellaneous, like grey money like model payment/furniture/script/furniture is around 20,000. So, our running cost is around L$. 120,000 for a month.. This close of a week of proceeds. We have good break‐even point also ordinary profit. However, I can not boost making clothes more, I have still some idea but people will boring my design sooner or later, and I cant estimate what will happen becouse this is vertual world, so, keep this line or below would be good. I just want to say all of you guys, just do not do strike! do not allows to make labor union on B@R. :p and thank you again for helping every day. :)

Shop Update:
-Lag strake back! one of Linden checked our SIM and store, she tolde metexture are fine but laggy object on the SIM and gave me the list (withwhat Aoife got before). (Im suprise she come to wearing our clothes, shesaid some Linden coming to buy our clothes on his/her alt charactor) .On the list, one of things are Lovers Cove(Spa on sharrow dream) so removedthem. Another 5 items are placed on another property on the SIM so cannot do something for them.. but its less then harf of heavey script onthe SIM consider from two month ago. So we havent any of heavey scriptright now. :D
-Changed Animation ball color to match for our store, Dark Brown for man, Light Brown for weman.
-Placed Teleporter to PvP zone.
-Placed Vote terminal, I dono what exactry works, just getting vote number via email...

Wuv Bat...Goth lori dress, made from EoN, was thinking for additional of it but going to change design lot but price is low then it. This is new category so keep going to try to another. Pink and White included.
Sports Girl...Casual, with micro hot pants.
Mini House...First attempted house, made for fitting room. Design is refer from Shirakawa gou, one of world heritage on my rural district(bit far though but same). This one is seling on next of there as L$75. Thenk you for hurrly to give me door script. I will make bigger size of house when I got time...

Village:
Made very small village at next of Seren stting with the mini house. Still no idea to make something on open space, becouse of it, Put house there to live. All staff can use here to live if he/she has not land till make something or expand store. :p Sorako and Chroma starting to living there now, so, let me know if you have interesting to live there, dont need any pay. Give you house and you can modify it. I dont care if you have house alrady anywhere if you like there. :)

Dojo:
Build at behind of store. The area is possible to dead so be carefull. I donno how fun is PvP but use for testing weapon or something, also please ask to people who fighting in store. would be exciting for them. :p Looking for radio startion match for fighting now. :)

I think Druidess is stoped playing while.. havent seen her while...

Assistant or Manager are not changed, but if you like this system, I will apply with some inclear payment more then 1 week payment as totaly, if you are works everyday on the week one hour each. please let me know if you have intresting it. For Sharrow Dream, only Van apply right now, so if another guy join there, I will consider to add this system.

-Queen Bee- How I can say... sort of goth outfits with insect wings. Kanji symbol mean 'Bee'. I made rifle for the outfits but made from freebee and not good design :p , so, not included on the box. I will give to Assistants and person apply by all of outfits for copiable version in the folder so give away to customer who'd like it please.
-Koakuma- Lori outfits, 3 colors. Peti devil is that mean in japanese, cant get good name fot the outfits so. X)

Products Update:
-Stripe Gloves/Socks - The box had not Black/White Gloves, added on the box.
-Black Meow - Design changed bit for while of outfits, also added cats eyes(for eyes it self). I will send this new one to Assistants.

Also Mobile phone motion (usefull when you go away/busy) and karate motion there. whould be fun. :p

-Becouse of busy about the solved lag issue and some of things, couldnt touch for fitting room.. I think make more easy one first like currentry one...

Sharrow Dream:
-Some customer asked me sale Raffle ball items,,, Yes, we have close looks item but they still want them. so, im changed the term to 300sec for the ball on Sharrow Dream and there is not so many people all the time. Tell them if they have complain about that and I dont like brake the rule...

Lag issue:

Emmanuelle LaFollett, who living next of our shop asked me remove our object what source of lag. I got 'Lag Finder(Seling on SL Exchange as L$10)' she recomand to me, and checked, then all most item with script are cause by lag... Its is not fun without scripts, but remove them as I can possible.I think its the problem cause Linden, but need to remove lag as we can possible.
Aoife has low lag script for tip jar, please ask her if you can replace, and any advice are welcome to redeuce it. :)

Also Aoife gave me Item list which item is souce of lag on the SIM, 3 Items was ours, removed 2 of them but 1 is left there. Its Ginko ATM. Im talked with GF Ambassador about that. His replay is like this:

GF Ambassador:Our ATMs don't cause any kinda of Sim or client lag, as the only script it runs is through our servers and only when someone uses the ATM.

I have kept all of chat log with another GF people, I will send you if you have intresting.
Another 2 lag generater on Emmanuelle place, She seems to be dont like to remove it but she said she will talk to script maker who made that.
Anyway lets keep our SIM good. :)

All skins has cheeks (as cosmetic) and 3 variation of lip color or tattoo. Also Demo version available for each skins like another. Old Skins are going to freebe now except white and tan (I will add them later). Free upgrade to who bought old skins.

- Rain Coat - Transparent coat, from pending project. 5 color jackets and 2 color unders. I think good with long pants as casual.

-One piece - Simple goth lori like one piece. Match for young girl shape who havent big boob, Just for one of more selection for simple outfits, and what I want. X) Transparent slightly breast part and bottom of the skirt, white and black. Since shirts can modify so, you can remove the ribbon on neck, anc replace to the choker thats updated.

Clothes Update:
-Choker -Made choker with cross (twinkle script on it) version, and puted on the box, also changed the image. Match with the one piece.

Shop Update:
Placed Roppongi club event poster for today. I might be make quick clothes becouse the event if I have time and idea tonight...

Shop Update:
-We won one of Developer Incentive Award for December 2005!Thank you for every one, I got some money form linden, I will pay back as payment to you our staff for help( who isnt not take payment, I will send you money anyway on this saturday) , and Zore's computer has broeken, so I will give her another to help for fix it. To thanks for our customer, (yes, this is our main purpose!) we will have party on 20/21 on this month. So, I will make give away clothes on this weekend and starting announce with contents.

-Ami chan having party on Feb 11. Best black clothes contest on our store. (Please correct me if I mistaken X) ) Please help her if she need help, Im ready to help to make give away clothes if she need. :)

-Starting to make some V-day gift from end of this month. no idea at this time, something with heart symbol, but people make smile. :)

Pending:
-One peace dress-Cheer girl- Request by Aoife, need testing to make fluffy things on hands (how do I say?) by particles.

No new outfits!

Minor Update:
-Made jacket version of Night Wings for testing, its coverd bottom thong. More possiblity for combination of outfits I guess, this will good combination with catsuit like Chakra. I will make the jacket when I made this sort of outfits. Not so much big things, so just put in the box and do not put update, but if some one ask me, I will send them.

Shop Update:
-Naomi-chan is now Senior Assistant, She can invite to group for vendor and such.
-Lacey will take rest to come SL. She can come back works anytime when she can.
-Skins are removed from shop. Here is long story, customer gave me free skin to me yesterday, and I noticed that was skin what I seling X) lol! Yes, I was seling copiable version, becouse I made the skin when I starting SL, so, did not know how the check box are works. X) So, I dont like to make people disapointment, who bought them, so, remove them once.
I made new skins template last year what not out to shop, its from high resolution anatomy images (cost me $100 :p). Need adjust bit though... I wil make asian based Whitex2/Gothx2/Tanx2/Yellowx2/Darkelfx2, and demo skin for each kind of skin if I have time. Old skins will gonna freebee area, and give to update who bought old skin from us to new one. My skin is not so good I know, but this plan's main purpose is support for customersr who is being us. Anyway, I cant touch the images till Im alone in house. :p so, not so soon to be done.

So, time line is..:
1. Remove Skins from shop (done).
2. Make 10 skins.
3. All skins out to shop at once. I will not put front of the shop, just put the purple room without notice.
4. Make a free skin box and put old skins and place to free area. And prim with notice(free upgrade for skins) will be place to free area and skin room.
Any comments are welcome. :)

Branch Store:
-Doley mall starting re-build, so remove the items once and place again on this friday. They are gave me free period for rent, and duble of space, duble of prims. :D

Misc:
-One of Doley SIM's owner asked me if some one who can running the club as owner. Its goth style, They are thinking just leave the place, so need to be someone who can management. If some of your friend intrest about it, I wil introduce him. And If you working on BR, and like to start the business, I will willing to help you as business partner!

-Night Wings -Standerd goth vampire outfits with wings. Also made high legs outfits template for feature (It was heard part....but got some possiblity).
- Cyborg Legs Pants -Pants for Metal Arms, unisex. I made pants and under version but also catsuit pants with chrome high lights.
- Gun Smith - Mad-max+Western+Anime logo thats what customer give me keywords... this is my answer, but Im still curious about how should I did...
-Wolf Arms - Another customer's keywords, Wold+Native american, this is my answer.. Fur arms with indian outfits.
-Goth Nurse - Goth style nurse was on the list, set as red crosses and black crosses.-Lori Dolly - Lori outfits with 4 colors of dress by request.
-Baby Goth Dolly - Lori Dolly for kids AVs(my first attempt) with cat printed and drawers. My cat, not so cute & evil. X)

Misc:
-Medical Eyepatch - New eyepatch, but medical one for goth lori style.
-Wolf cub doll -First made dolls for practice, but 42 prims... two colors.
-Cyborg eye - Made for parcile practice, but faild so, sleeping in my inventory...

Free Items:

New Outfits:
-Orchis - Made from faild vampire kimono, white and black version there, with orchis points on neck and hips. gonna cheep like 50 but got good models so looks better now. :p
-Chisui hime - for raffle ball. Its faild one what I mention... Chi is Blood, Sui is suck, Hime is princess. easy mean, becouse its japanese style, use japanese to avoid to get imagine euro vampire looks. To who know japanese well, Kyu-ketsu-ki is normaly to say, but use Chinese‐derived pronunciation like this, its turn to be more poetic phrasing and dont give image the traditional vampire to Japanese either, since we have japanese customer too...
-Kanji Yukata - not out on shop. Made for Kei, Repub-rik club. copy gives away to them, they offer it for advertisement on radio ( 2 station ) on live and sign to place there. B/W as tintable becouse they need lot color.

Request:
-Goth narse got more priolity by Amber.
-Goth lori outfits. Accelo Skye.
-More detail comes for the mad-max outfits.
-Camo tops. Maybe another color version of the Bomb camo.

Shop:
-Question, We need partition for vendor place for staff? dont care as my self, and you can decorate more good for your taste. :)

-Friend know me my 2nd shop ( I sat up there before I got own land) on shamrock mall has old clothes, clean up them and put new things there since 60days remain for rental. -Done to contract with Dreamland Radio for 3 month, asked them to discount for long term contract then come true. :D Thank you Billy. Dont blame me.. just fun to listen the ad. on voice for me. :p

New Outfits:
-201 Type1 -Revealing jeans outfits. made this one while making vampire kimono becouse got idea... but the kimono failed to make at last, so, I told her Im gave up at this time and make one when I got nice idea... Anyway, the kimono will add some my idea on it and sale cheep or put on raffle ball. As additional, the pants on clothes are bit broken on inside of the thigh. I was trying to fix but still not so much good, its seems to be depend on body shape for each other. Fixed version on the box alrady, and sent to all customer who bought, but not sent to staff, so please tell me if you need...
